Margot Robbie attended the WSJ. Magazine 2022 Innovator Awards held at the Museum of Modern Art on Wednesday (November 2) in New York City.
If you’re counting, this Proenza Schouler Spring 2023 look is her fifth non-Chanel look in a row.
Are they on a break? Or is Margot merely enjoying exploring other designers?
I love the unpredictability of this moment.
None of us would’ve considered this Proenza Schouler flared tuxedo paired with a black lace shirt for the actress, and call me crazy, but I really like this.
Mostly for the fact that the flared trousers could have gone so terribly wrong had they not been tailored to perfection.
I’m shuddering at the thought of these trousers being even an inch too long. What a mess that would’ve been.
And I’m thankful that she didn’t try to navigate this look with the ruffled layer we saw under the flares on the runway.
Some might not be so enamoured by this look, but do we want Margot to try something different, or do we want yet another contractually obligated look?
