Life after The Bachelorette is glowing for Tayshia Adams. She went on to co-host the series alongside fellow former star Kaitlyn Bristowe, and recently hosted the MTV Movie & TV Awards: Unscripted. Her latest move? A new hair collection with scünci and Conair, exclusively available at Walmart and walmart.com.
Complete with accessories and hair tools, Adams describes the collab as a “nine to nine” collection that will take you throughout your day. “So many of us have a million things going on, but we always want to look and feel prepared,” Adams tells Glamour. She’s currently obsessed with the hair clips in all shapes and sizes, as well as the towel headband, “so I’m not getting my hair wet when I’m washing my face.” Adams is also a regular at the gym, so the scrunchies come in handy. “They leave your hair dent-free,” she says.
When it comes to beauty, Adams doesn’t mind racking up the frequent flier miles. Although she’s a New York gal now, she makes special trips home to the West Coast to hit up her favorite spots. “I do a 24-hour trip to go get my hair done, get my facials at Skin Thesis, and get my brows done, that’s exactly what your girl is doing. And to see my mom,” she says.
Even with the whirlwind trips, the TV star and influencer says to “do what works for you” when it comes to skin care. For her, that means a high-low mix: “My face wash is $11, and it works amazingly on my skin. But I do invest a little more in a serum.”

My cleansers
In the morning, depending if I have any retinol on my face, I actually don’t like to wash my face with any cleansers. I just use a little bit of water. I don’t think having the natural oils on your skin is a bad thing. At night, I use the Salicylic Acid Cleanser from Inkey, or the Cetaphil Daily Cleanser.
My serums
After cleansing I use my Blemish + Age from Skinceuticals. Then, we are going straight in with my TNS Advanced Serum from SkinMedica.
My acne regimen
If I’m working out—which, I work out every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday morning—I solely use the Skinceuticals Blemish + Age and sunscreen, and go to the gym. Blemish + Age is so good when you’re working out because it helps fight off that bacteria when you’re sweating, so it helps keep my breakouts at bay. I’m more of a hormonal breakout person, so I break out especially around my period—you know, sometimes your skin gets a little funky. The Dr. Zenovia Clear Complexion Acne Spot Treatment is so good, and I just recently started using Starface. I never used those before but I was like, the box is so cute! I actually really like those.
My eye creams
I love to bounce between Kiehl’s Eye Fuel and the Summer Fridays Vitamin C Eye Cream, which I’ve been loving lately.
My moisturizers
I either use my No. 7 Restore & Renew Multi Action Day Cream that has sunscreen in it or the ReVive Intensite Creme Lustre Day Cream, which also has SPF 30. My skin’s been so dry because it’s starting to get cold in the city, and [the ReVive] has been really good on my skin. The other moisturizer I’ve been using is the Peptide Moisturizer by The Inkey List. Then, I’m an Aquaphor girl, but if I don’t have it, the Hydra Balm by Skinceuticals is kind of this thicker ointment that’s good for daily dry skin so I’ll use that where it’s really dry. I use that as an extra hydrating layer and just go to bed.
My masks
The Wander Beauty eye masks are probably some of my favorites. They’re so incredibly hydrating. I know it’s a little bit of a splurge, but La Mer has face masks that are insanely hydrating as well. Skin Laundry also has really good masks that I love to use while I’m traveling, especially on the plane. For lips, I’ve really liked the Tatcha Lip Mask recently.
My scalp treatment
The two-in-one scalp brush is the product I didn’t know I needed. I use it every night before I go to bed to help stimulate hair growth. I use it in the shower to help with product buildup, and I swear to you, my hair is growing and it feels healthier. One thing I’ve been using it with is the Agent Nateur Holi (Locks). I really like it so far. I think stimulating my scalp has really helped with hair growth.
My deodorant
Have you ever used the Humble Deodorant? I literally bought seven the last time I found it at the store because it’s so hard to find. It’s so iconic. I use the Moroccan Rose scent, it’s so nice and works so freaking well. I’m a stan.
