Much like Jodie Turner-Smith, Taylor Russell’s star started to rise from the Venice Film Festival, which I feel many of us now look forward to more than the Cannes Film Festival.
This is where the ‘Bones & All’ promo tour started for Taylor; in Balenciaga Haute Couture no less.
Taylor’s defining moment for me was her Schiaparelli Haute Couture look worn to the ‘Bones & All’ London premiere.
Some celebrities have IT girl moments during a promo tour, but Taylor solidified her status by following that look with Alexander McQueen, Loewe (who were quick to make her their first brand ambassador), more McQueen and Schiaparelli Haute Couture making this a truly impressive year for the actress.
Bring on 2023.
