We’re currently immersed in Morticia fever following the release of Tim Burton’s The Addams Family spin-off series, Wednesday, on Netflix. Taking over the role once occupied by Anjelica Huston, Catherine Zeta-Jones plays the gothic goddess—all jet-black hair and vampy lipstick—and the actor, it seems, has taken some real-life beauty cues from her famous character.
At a red-carpet event to mark the release of Disney’s National Treasure: Edge of History, Zeta-Jones opted for a blend of deep berry and purple eyeshadow tones around her eyes, to sultry effect. Paired with a fan of spidery eyelashes, loaded up with mascara, it was the perfect way to frame her dark brown eyes.
