Sia Hits High Notes in Balloon Dress & Bow Heels at Miley’s NYE Party – Footwear News

Sia fashioned a theatrical performance at NBC’s “Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party” hosted by Miley Cyrus and Dolly Parton in Miami on Dec. 31.

As she sang in a framed box, Sia donned a colorful balloon dress matching the floating balloons in her doll box, where she performed. Her eclectic wardrobe was designed by Dolce and Gabbana and even had balloon strings streaming out of the dimensional accents on the skirt.

The singer completed the look with mismatched heels that featured a red and purple bow at the vamp of the sandal. Her right sandal also featured a crisscross ankle strap washed in a light-gold hue while the left sandal had a thin ankle strap in an emerald green color.

The bow on her head was tilted to one side and sat atop her black and white wig — two signature accessories for the singer.

Sia later changed into a layered white gown with statement sleeves and tulle trim. The pumps on her feet reached between 2 to 3 inches in height, and dark crystal embellishments along the vamp of its open-toe silhouette as well on the strap of the pumps.

Miley Cyrus hosted her second annual NBC special, “Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party,” on Saturday night. Through the event, co-hosted by Dolly Parton, several singers like Latto, Fletcher and more performed.  Sia was also joined on the stage by Cyrus and Paris Hilton. The three stars performed Hilton’s single, “Stars Are Blind.”
