Regarding the new web design. I apologize that it has been glitchy. As you know, I work on this site by myself. Whereas other sites have teams of people.
My role on this site is to work on the content, and I trust other companies to look after the other aspects such as the maintenance of the site.
When issues with the site occur, I am just as disappointed and frustrated as you are, so I appreciate your patience as the new format adjusts and the new theme is built, as – without getting too technical – the old one was due to expire by the end of January which I was not aware of until December.
