The 43-year-old was nominated for best supporting actress in 2001 for her performance as Penny Lane in Almost Famous, though she ultimately lost the award to Marcia Gay Harden. Her Fringed Stella McCartney dress, though? Definitely a winner.
Though she’s achieved several accolades as an actress, Kate Hudson’s pivoting to music next. In April of 2022, she revealed that she’s currently working on an album due out later this year. “I just thought that would be one of my great regrets. I have no expectations,” she told Jimmy Fallon last December on The Tonight Show. “I just want to put a record out, and so I’m doing it. And I’m really proud of it. I can’t wait.”
