On April 22, K-pop group Blackpink performed on the Coachella stage for a second time, making history as the first Asian and all-women group to headline the music festival. As expected, they did not disappoint with their vocals, dance moves, or their looks. Our eyes were glued on Lisa’s wispy bangs that looked like they were locked in place no matter how much she moved.
The group had a few outfit changes, so Lisa first appeared on stage in a baby pink two-piece set with cutouts and lots of gems. Her long brown hair cascaded towards her waist. Her hair had a light texture with loose waves throughout, but her blunt bangs were straight with the slightest inward bump at the ends. This fringe was on the longer side and nearly covered her eyebrows.
We don’t know what sorcery was at work here, but as she danced and her caramel-brown hair swayed, those bangs stayed right in place. For most of her performance, her wavy hair was left completely down. But during one of her outfit changes, she came back on stage with a half-up look. The front section of her hair was twisted into a top knot with tendrils left out on either side of her ear. Her blunt fringe remained intact.
