Minnie Driver attended the Los Angeles special screening of Searchlight Pictures’ ‘Chevalier’ held at El Capitan Theatre on Sunday (April 16).
The British actress wore an ice blue Maticevski Archetype drape top and Volpane Bias skirt from the Spring 2023 collection.
Toni Maticevski is known for the drama he brings to his designs.
While there were no sharp cuts or edges, this look does present his signature manipulation of cloth as sculpture for an exquisite show of drapery.
Looking at this stunning ensemble, you won’t be surprised to learn that Toni Maticevski trained with Donna Karan.
Stepping away from cooing over the drapery, I’m undecided on Minnie’s choice of lip colour.
On the one hand it feels a bit too heavy for the springtime feel of the outfit, but on the other, I love the contrast and how it complements colouring and the contemporary edge and drama it adds to the look.
REZA Colla earrings and a REZA Ruban ring provided the finishing touches.
