Guys! We made an Alexa skill.
It’s really fun and great and I hope you go try it out.
Here’s how it works: You (go out and buy an Alexa and bring it home and figure out how to set it up..maybe in your kitchen, or perhaps in your living room..wherever you think it would be most used, and then you) say the following:
“Hey Alexa, ask Style Girlfriend, ‘How do I look?’”
You can also say, “Alexa, open Style Girlfriend and ask ‘How do I look?’” I’m not the boss of you.
And then, thanks to a secret sauce of fashion expertise, technologically advanced AI, and covert government surveillance, a member of our team analyzes your outfit and gives you her honest feedback.
Just kidding.
We came up with a sh*t ton of fun compliments, loaded them into the ol’ Amazon machine, and Alexa spits one out for you every time you ask.
We feel pretty safe with this set-up because 1) that’s really all we could figure out how to do without going back to school for computer science, 2) if you really want to know how you look, you can always text us, and 3) if you’re reading this and follow SG regularly, there’s like a 99% chance you do look fantastic.
