Zendaya made her return to the red carpet joining Gigi Hadid and Penelope Cruz for the inauguration of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) held at the Jio World Centre in Mumbai on Saturday (April 1).
This event was very difficult to get pictures from, but I was delighted to find this image of Zendaya, who looked as beautiful as ever wearing a custom Rahul Mishra hand embroidered saree gown styled with a gold embellished Flying Cranes bralette.
Sparkling like a night’s sky, the nature motifs all over the skirt and train added more texture and intrigue that speak to the designers penchant for statement-making moments.
Zendaya was the first to introduce us to Rahul Mishra back in 2020, when she wore a look from the Indian designer to the Bvlgari B.Zero1 Rock Party.
Much like on that occasion, the actress styled her look with Bulgari jewels.
I love how she fully committed to the high-octane glamour of Bollywood serving up a perfect East meets West moment.
This is one for Zendya’s hall of fame.
