To say I haven’t been on board with Doja Cat’s most recent looks would be an understatement, but she pulled it back for the 2023 Met Gala.
This is the Doja Cat I know and love.
On theme, on brand and thinking outside of the box.
So were inspired by Karl Lagerfeld himself and his work, Doja paid homage to this cat Choupette, with her cat prosthetics and feline hooded custom Oscar de la Renta embellished gown with a furry hem.
I am still combing through all the looks, but I bet no one else thought of Choupette.
Kudos to her team.
It’s a simple idea that was perfectly executed.
