Dolce & Gabbana x MyTheresa held an exclusive fashion show on Friday (May 26) in Portofino, Italy.
After the 2023 Cannes Film Festival, I am ready for a vacation, and this fashion show has me looking for deals in Portofino, as the video of the fashion show paints an idyllic vacation destination.
I was happy to see all the ladies get into the spirit of the event, with model Alessandra Ambrosio wearing a Dolce & Gabbana striped top and a Portofino sleeveless printed silk top as a skirt.
Alessandra was the only one to carry the theme into her accessories adding Dolce & Gabbana Portofino printed mules, the brands iconic Miss Sicily bag and decorative earrings.
Alton Mason is known for his flamboyant style, so I was very underwhelmed by this all black outing.
The same can be said for Lucien Laviscount.
While the British actor did wave a Dolce & Gabbana Portofino printed silk twill scarf, there were some menswear looks showcased in this collection which would’ve been fun to see on this red carpet.
That’s not to say he didn’t look amazing in shades of biscuit, but I wish he had done more than the scarf.
I mean. If this Dolce & Gabbana Portofino striped midi dress isn’t the perfect dinner date on vacation look, then I don’t know what is
Didi Stone looked beautiful, even though I wish she had opted for red sandals.
Leonie Hanne wore a Dolce & Gabbana Portofino printed bralet and midi skirt which feels like a quintessential Dolce & Gabbana look.
We’ve seen this style in various prints and fabrics over the years.
This and their signature lace dresses make up part of the Dolce & Gabbana DNA.
At first I wasn’t on board with her shoe choice, but the D&G earrings tied them in.
