Penelope Cruz attended the 2023 David Di Donatello Awards on Wednesday (May 10) in Rome, Italy, where the best of Italian and foreign motion picture productions were honoured.
As the saying goes, “when in Rome, wear Dolce & Gabbana.”
I have to say I was hyperventilating when I saw the Spanish actress on the red carpet wearing this Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda 2022 chiffon polka dot gown.
Some might feel that the headpiece took this look into costume territory, but I’m overwhelmed by how much I adore this look.
The Latin spirit, the sexy appeal, the not looking like an old lady.
This is EXACTLY what I have been wanting from Penelope for what feels like eternity.
Her Chanel Haute Couture look from Met Gala the was stunning, as was her Tamara Ralph Couture look for the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre Inauguration, but for me, Penelope will always be a Dolce & Gabbana and Versace woman.
She is radiant here. This is where she belongs.
The red lips, mani and pedi set this up perfectly.
I’m going on record to say this is her best look of the year.
This is truly a great week for Penelope, Halle Bailey and Priyanka Chopra to find their best form.
