Zoe Saldana attended the unveiling of RH England, The Gallery at the Historic Aynho Park, marking the brand’s international launch with a first of its kind design & hospitality destination, on Saturday (June 3) in Banbury, England.
Instead of giving us summer inspiration, Zoe opted to wear intriguing pieces that have been carefully fashioned to mimic a softly contoured silhouette of an abstract sculpture from the Issey Miyake Spring 2023 collection, which included the Concretion turtleneck and Torso skirt.
You might be thinking two things (because I know I am).
1. A turtleneck when it was blazing hot on Saturday? and;
2. Why didn’t she wear the white skirt?
If this was an early evening event (around 7pm) the temperature dipped so that is understandable.
As we know, celebrities don’t often have a choice to break up a runway look, but I actually prefer her all black look over the black-and-white runway ensemble, plus she did give us a colour breakup with her Manolo Blahnik Chatra sandals.
I adore the silhouette, and the uniqueness of the pieces, and it would look great in any colourway.
