Ashley Benson is engaged! The Pretty Little Liars actor shared the news on her Instagram Stories on July 6, giving fans a glimpse of her massive ring from fiancé Brandon Davis.
Benson reposted a Story from Davis’s account, in which the oil heir called the 33-year-old the “love of my life.” Benson added her own message over the photo of her enormous rock: “My best frienddddd. I love you.”
Shortly after, Benson shared another post from actor Theresa Picciallo, who confirmed the happy news. “Our babies are getting married!!!!!! @ashleybenson & @brandondavis1111, we love you both unconditionally, endlessly, forever and always. Congratulations to out best friends!!!” wrote Picciallo over a photo that appears to be from a FaceTime session, in which Benson is smiling wide while holding her ring to her face.
Benson and Davis sparked dating rumors in January 2023, and their relationship was confirmed in February. A source told E! News at the time that the pair had been dating for a “few months” and were “really into each other.”
Per People, Davis is the grandson of the late billionaire oil tycoon Marvin Davis, who made his fortune with “well-timed deals” in the oil and entertainment industries. The couple met through mutual friends, according to the outlet.

Benson, who was previously linked to G-Eazy and Cara Delevigne, noted that she prefers to keep her relationships out of the public eye in an interview with Cosmopolitan UK back in 2021. “You obviously can’t help if you get photographed together,” she said. “[But] it’s more sacred that way. Those private moments are for you and your partner, and I think it’s best not to be over-exposed, and you can really protect your relationship if you’re not exploiting it.”
