I’m sorry, could Kylie Minogue look any hotter? That’s a rhetorical question. Obviously.
The sheer dress is as ubiquitous on the red carpet as ever, but I did not realize that everybody has been doing it wrong until I saw Minogue’s oh-so-right take on the racy trend. To announce her upcoming Las Vegas residency, the “Padam Padam” singer wore a ruched, figure-hugging sheer black dress, with strategically placed black panels for contrast. She added a pair of strappy black stilettos, a couple bangles, a fresh blow-out, and padam.

According to Pitchfork, Minogue’s residency will begin on November 3 at Voltaire, which is a new club in the Venetian Resort. “The creative team has designed an environment where people can get up and dance at their tables and revel in the night,” the singer said in the press release. “That’s what Voltaire is and I can’t wait to perform in this intimate and exciting setting.” On Instagram, Minogue sounded a little more excited, writing in her caption, “VEGAS BABY! ✨ So excited to headline the all-new @VoltaireLV at @VenetianVegas starting this fall. See you there!”
Something tells me that this will not be the last sheer look we see Kylie Minogue wearing in the very near future.
