Priyanka Chopra’s latest red-carpet look will make you want to do the “Monster Mash.”
On October 27, the 41-year-old actor attended the opening night of the Jio MAMI Mumbai International Film Festival wearing a positively stunning Tony Ward Couture halter gown with a sheer front panel featuring white satin strips and gold sequins. Gorgeous! Stunning! Statuesque! And still, with Halloween just days away, I couldn’t help but look at the dress by the famed bridal gown designer as an ultra-expensive, high-fashion bit of mummy cosplay.
Chopra topped off the column dress with a billowing white satin robe, complementing the ethereal look with a classic smoky eye and bold lip. Meanwhile, her hair, styled by Priyanka Borkar, was slicked back into a very ’90s twisted bun with some loose strands poking out and a face-framing section kept free.
Priyanka Chopra first arrived in Mumbai on October 27 dressed in a travel-ready athleisure look, complete with gray joggers, a black crop top, and a matching cardigan. Of course, her postflight hair and makeup were also kept much more minimal than her evening look, though she still managed to make a statement with her accessories.
In one photo, which can be seen here, Chopra smiles while wearing a multicolored beaded choker featuring the first part of her daughter’s first name. Chopra and her husband, Nick Jonas, welcomed 22-month-old Malti Marie via surrogate in January 2022. “It’s the greatest thing I’ve ever done, but it’s extremely scary,” Chopra said of motherhood in a recent interview with People.
