Sophie Turner and New Zealand rugby union player Dan Carter posed with the Webb Ellis Cup – secured in a Louis Vuitton trunk – prior to the Rugby World Cup Final match between New Zealand and South Africa at the Stade de France on Saturday (October 28) in Paris.
The Trophy Trunk is a unique creation, handcrafted by Louis Vuitton artisans in the historic ateliers in Asnières, which protects and transports the legendary Webb Ellis Cup throughout the international competition.
This was Sophie Turner’s first outing since the 2023 Vanity Fair Oscar Party, and she picked up where she left off in Louis Vuitton.
This time she wore a long sleeve top and mini skirt accented with contrast front pockets from the recent Spring 2024 collection.
My first impression was that the look was a size too big for her, then I recalled the oversized trend, which is apparent on the model who walked the runway, so I’m going to say that this look needed better grooming.
Louis Vuitton black leather Donna high boots, an LV Eclipse Pearls necklace, LV Crown earrings, a LV Symphony ring, and the label’s new Louis Vuitton steel and 18k rose gold Tambour watch completed her look.
Let me not forget Dan Carter who looked very sophisticated in his Louis Vuitton single-breasted black wool suit, which was also styled with the new Louis Vuitton 18k rose gold Tambour watch.
I’m sure you are all glad that Louis Vuitton have opted for tonal patches for their men’s jackets.
