Bel Powley and Douglas Booth’s tale of love started on the set of the enchanting period romance ‘A Storm In The Stars,’ amidst the picturesque settings of Dublin and Luxembourg in 2016.
They got engaged in July 2021, and on Saturday (October 28), at the Petersham Nurseries in London, the couple’s blissful union was cemented as they were married in front of family and friends.
Miu Miu is known for their charming designs which combine an ingenuous and sophisticated elegance with a maverick and carefree soul, narrating an individual and conscious femininity that allows room for boundless creativity, which is why they were the perfect label to create Bel’s wedding gown.
Bel looked beautiful in her Miu Miu bridal gown which was embellished with flowers symbolising their blooming love story.
Stylist Cher Coulter has been working with Bel since the actress appeared in the 2015 film, ‘The Diary of a Teenage Girl,’ worked with Bel to create this magical moment.
Cher has always been successful in finding pieces that are quintessentially true to the actress’ personal style and yet still capture the mood of the moment, as beautifully displayed here once again.
