Beyonce actually graced the red carpet for her ‘Renaissance: A Film By Beyonce’ London premiere on Thursday (November 30).
I was expecting the usual carousel of caption-less images on her Instagram, but she walked the red carpet with her daughter Blu Ivy, who also stars in the concert film.
Following on from the silver theme, things were all black for London, with Beyonce dressed in custom Thom Browne Couture.
The embellished coat dress, fingerless gloves, and arched platforms all hail from the New York designers first Couture collection which was presented back in July.
Putting this look in context of her tour and her tour wardrobe, this makes perfect sense, as you can picture Beyonce wearing this on stage.
The only thing I didn’t quite understand was the golden embroidered design on her black underwear.
It would have made sense to me had it been a bee, which I thought it was at first; but having zoomed in, it looks more like some kind of floral design.
I’ll be intrigued to know more about its meaning.
Overall, I much prefer the LA premiere look.
The platinum hair colour already looks like it has run its course.
