At this time of year Catherine, Princess of Wales usually moves into coat-dress season for the royal, but it appears to be Mother jeans season, as Catherine has been spotted in two different pairs this week while fulfilling royal obligations.
Trends in jeans come and go like the wind.
One week skinny jeans are in, then wide leg are in, as seen on Jacob Elordi and Eve recently.
It looks like Catherine is a skinny jeans kinda girl, as she wore The Mid Rise Dazzler Ankle jeans in Now or Never on Monday, and The Weekender jeans in Deep End on Thursday.
My opinion of jeans is that light blue jeans will always feel casual, whereas dark-coloured jeans comparatively can feel more semi-formal, so I’m not surprised by Catherine’s dark choices here, as she didn’t want to look too formal or too casual.
The first look saw Catherine take part in a Dad Walk in the local park in North London.
And the second event saw the royals visit Outfit Moray, which is a charity in Scotland delivering life-changing outdoor learning and adventure activity programmes to young people.
The second look is my favourite, as she styled her Mother The Weekender jeans with a Burberry quilted jacket cloaked with the label’s heritage check pattern.
