Are you there, Reputation? It’s Rachel McAdams. The OG Regina George has fully entered her Rep era (dark feminine, highbrow-edgy, mostly black) with her latest red carpet look.
Attending the Gotham Awards in New York City on November 27, the Oscar-deserver wore a black Givenchy sheer gown with an opening at her sternum and ruching below the navel. With long sleeves and a high collar, the dress is definitely of “the less is more” school of sexiness, and it totally works. Add to that dark nails, two green rings and a snake-like necklace from Bulgari and suddenly the old Rachel can’t come to the phone right now. Why? Because she’s DEAD.

But she didn’t totally abandon her Canada’s Sweetheart status. No smoky eye or bold lip here, just simple makeup and face-framing “money piece” highlights in her hair that make us wonder what a Gloria Steinem biopic starring Rachel McAdams would look like.
