Leighton Meester attended the Amazon Freevee and Prime Video’s ‘Winter Wonderland’ holiday party held at the Amazon Studios on Wednesday (December 13) in Culver City, California.
Thinking back to Leighton’s heyday promoting ‘Gossip Girl,’ the actress was never a trend following kinda girl.
Post GG, Leighton’s styled was pared back showcasing an affinity for floral dresses and sleek suits, so this full glam moment feels like a rare treat.
Her red Silvia Tcherassi Daniel dress from the Fall 2023 collection with its vintage-inspired silhouette and scene-stealing floral appliqué center, ensured a memorable entrance onto this red carpet.
However, I am wondering if the dress had been modified – shortening of the straps perhaps – as there is some bunching at the waist. Or this may be a result of her torso not being long as the model.
Either way, I’m still thoroughly charmed by this rare outing from Leighton. This is the perfect holiday season frock.
