Are you ready for your next TV obsession? On December 12, Apple TV+ revealed the first photos from their new series, Palm Royale, and honestly, the visuals alone will hook you before you even realize it stars Kristen Wiig and Laura Dern.
Loosely based on the novel Mr. and Mrs. American Pie by Juliet McDaniel, Palm Royal follows Maxine Simmons (Wiig) “as she endeavors to break into Palm Beach high society” in “the powder keg year of 1969.”

When will Palm Royale be released? The first three episodes of Palm Royale will hit Apple TV+ on March 20, 2024, with new episodes airing every Wednesday until May 8.
Who is involved behind the scenes? Aside from their starring roles, Wiig and Dern will serve as executive producers alongside writer Abe Sylvia, who worked as a co-executive producer on Dead to Me and The Affair. Sylvia’s writing credits also include The Eyes of Tammy Faye starring Jessica Chastain and Andrew Garfield.
