Sadly this Carven Spring 2024 tri-colour dress didn’t translate off the runway, and I don’t think this has anything to do with the fact that Greta Gerwig omitted the necklace.
I don’t think this is her dress as it is way too complex, and does nothing for her.

I love the colour, and the gold chain neckline, but I am never a fan of dresses or gowns that are this shapeless. They do nothing for me.

It was of course started by Colman Domingo last year, and he has carried the trend into this event where the off-white lace ups complemented his off-white Amiri suit.
