There was a clear theme on the red carpet for the New York premiere of FX’s ‘Feud: Capote vs. The Swans’ on Tuesday night, and Chloe Sevigny’s black leather gloves just about kept her on side.
I have a feeling that many of you won’t be onboard with her strapless Christopher John Rogers Pre-Fall 2024 ivory dress.
But I would urge you to look again.
I did, and what I noticed is how the dress appears in the look book, and how Chloe elevated it.
Firstly, by loosening the silhouette, then dropping the bow, and most importantly steaming the dress.
Had Chloe served this dress straight out of the look book, this would have been my least favourite look from this premiere.
No jewelry was needed for me.
