When it came to Greta Gerwig style resurgence, I was ready to ride the wave until the wheels fell off.
I was hoping that would happen after awards season, but her latest look from Moschino’s Spring 2024 collection for the 2024 AFI Awards luncheon saw her wipeout.
This is so disappointing when she was doing so well.
The gingham blazer and tie could have been a vibe, but the black latex tiered skirt is just so nonsensical both for her style-wise, and with the top half of this look.
I’d love to know the thought process when this look was considered.
Seeing how the look was presented on the runway, we can at least be thankful that no sunflower ties or corsets were part of Greta’s look.
