Kieran, how dare you!? Before presenting the best lead actor in a drama series award at the 2024 Emmys, The Last Of Us star Pedro Pascal explained why his arm was in a sling. It’s due to a shoulder injury he sustained when Succession star Kieran Culkin “beat the shit out of [him].”
In the audience, Culkin played along, staring blank-faced at Pascal with evil in his eyes. This is the slime puppy we know and love as Roman Roy!

The faux-beef between the actors began at the Golden Globes, when Culkin beat Pascal in the lead actor in a drama series category and punctuated his acceptance speech with “suck it, Pedro!” Need these two to kiss, duke it out, or ideally, star as buddy robbers or something.
By the way, no, Kieran Culkin did not physically hurt Pedro Pascal. That should go without saying, but since occasionally people actually do get beat up at awards ceremonies, better to make sure you all know: this was a joke.
Despite his injury, Pascal was all smiles at the event. For the 2024 Emmys, the Mandalorian star brought his younger sister, Lux Pascal, as his date. Lux is an actor and a trans activist, and honestly, glam as heeeeeck.
