While Carey Mulligan went glam for the occasion, Quinta got the ladies-who-lunch memo.
The ‘Abbott Elementary’ actress didn’t go down the statement prints route like Reese Witherspoon and Natalie Portman, instead she was pretty in pink Louis Vuitton.
You’ll be forgiven if you thought this was Giambattista Valli, because between the petal pink hue, short hemline and shoulder details, this leather dress delivers a playful freshness that we’re not used to seeing from Nicolas Ghesquière.
Speaking of freshness, I have really enjoyed seeing the turnaround in Quinta’s style.
I know I have said it many times now, but to say that she’s come a long way, can’t be stressed enough.
I hope to be able to say the same about Florence Pugh one day.
