You may have seen Anne Hathaway’s latest Instagram post where she documents travelling 16 hours from Milan, where she was seated front row at the Versace’s Fall 2024 show, to LA to make it just in time for the 2024 SAG Awards.
That’s a lot of work to secure your next red carpet look, but I throughly appreciate it. Especially since the end result was an archive look.
Considering Anne’s close relationship with Versace, you won’t be surprised to learn that she was giving us a preview of the Fall 2024 collection, as this red leather corseted dress accented with the most beautiful construction around the hips that replicated drapery, was part of the runway show.
In the space of 72 hours, Anne served up three looks, and I would say this was by far the best one, even if I’m not completely sold on the black Versace Medusa ’95 Tote bag here. A colour closer to the dark red pumps would have been much preferred.
