In a thoughtful speech, Jay-Z spoke about the obstacles he’s faced in his decades-long career. He also threw shade at the Recording Academy for never awarding Beyoncé the prestigious album of the year award, despite the fact that his wife has won more Grammys than anyone in history.
“Most Grammys ever, never won album of the year. How does that work?” he said.
How does that work, indeed? Speaking of Bey, she also was wearing white, but her fit was more cowgirl than her mini me’s. She made sure to complement Blue Ivy though, with a white hat and her platinum blonde hair.
