Following her one-and-done outing promoting ‘Feud: Capote vs. The Swans’ at the New York premiere a month ago, Chloe Sevigny was back on the red carpet for the 37th Annual Tibet House US Benefit Concert After Party held at Ziegfeld Ballroom on Monday in New York City.
Puppets and Puppets is a label known for producing looks with an artistic and humorous nature and tongue-in-cheek sculptural details, but on this occasion the designer – Carly Mark – created the ultimate sequinned dress.
Ultimate, because there is a lot of it.
I’m not surprised that Chloe gravitated towards this dress, because the design is unique in that the sleeve has been created from the hemline, wrapping around her neck before draping from the shoulder.
The scenario in my head is that it’s the end of the night, and Chloe is tired of people stepping on her train at an event, so she swoops it up and rests it around her shoulders.
Who else had the same vision?
