I don’t know about you, but I have been finding it difficult to vibe with Dua Lipa’s red carpet looks lately, and this Valentino Spring 2024 Haute Couture look worn to the Clive Davis Pre-Grammy gala was no exception.
This embellished leather red coat is wearing her. There is no two ways about it; she’s drowning in this coat.
And when you also factor in the length of the trousers, this is a case of a look being pulled right off the runway, but not tailoring it to fit the client.
I wasn’t a fan of this collection, and this look does nothing to tell me that my initial feeling was wrong.
Hopefully the Grammy nominee will be able to turn things around tonight, because placing a call to Donatella is the magic wand Dua needs right now.
I really miss her high glamour outings.
