Emma Stone’s ‘Poor Things’ has several nominations at the 2024 BAFTAs including Best Actress, Best Film and Best British Film.
The actress wore a custom Louis Vuitton orange silk jacquard and organza one-shoulder bustier gown with balloon sleeve, which I’m sure you’ll recognise as being inspired by the Resort 2024 collection.
I have been worried about seeing those closing gowns on the red carpet, but I have to say this muted custom version is considerably more palatable.
The runway pieces have “editorial only” read all over them, but I like this for Emma.
Considering she has played things way too safe with only one real stand out moment at the Critics’ Choice Awards, I’m glad to see something different on this occasion.
Yellow gold and platinum diamond necklace, earrings, and ring as well as a yellow gold, platinum, garnet, and diamond ring from the Louis Vuitton High Jewelry collection completed her look.
