A few days after Hailey Bieber’s father sparked concern for her marriage to Justin Bieber, the couple were spotted leaving church together in Los Angeles. According to People, the 27-year-old model and 29-year-old pop star specifically attended a late-night service at the Churchome Church at Saban Theatre.
While Justin may have attempted to go incognito in a gray zip-up hoodie and a black scarf shrouding most of his face, Hailey’s highlighter yellow and blue argyle sweater—which she paired with ultra-wide leg jeans and yellow-tinted sunglasses—did not give the impression that she was hiding from paparazzi amid recent divorce rumors.
Earlier this week, Hailey Bieber’s dad, Stephen Baldwin, shared an Instagram Reel by Victor Marx calling for prayers on behalf of the couple. “Christians, please when you think of Justin & Hailey, take a moment to offer a little prayer for them to have wisdom, protection and to draw close to the Lord,” Marx wrote over a video of Justin Bieber singing a Hillsong worship song. Baldwin posted the Reel to his own Instagram Story with no further context on February 26, leading to rampant speculation about their marital status.
In the video’s caption, Marx continued, “I seldom like to post about certain folks in the limelight because of the negative comments we get…There are special challenges that folks in high visibility positions face and also the enemy doesn’t want them to draw closer to Jesus. So often regardless of the material things or the accolades they often face spiritual warfare that intense and seeks to ship-wreck their faith, marriage and life in general. So thank you.”
