We are well versed in dramatic Dolce & Gabbana moments from Sharon, but we also know how a taffeta cape can make or break a look.
Despite the dramatic nature of the cape, taffeta will always be a very hard sell for me.
Does Sharon have the personality to pull this off? Yes.
Did her white gown need something to elevate it on this red carpet? Yes.
Did the cape inject the grandeur we expect from a Film Festival look? Yes.
So why am I still not completely sold?
The creases. I will never get over those taffeta creases. But there is no denying how beautiful Sharon looks.
A pair of sheer gloves and a Dolce & Gabbana crystal box clutch along with a stunning necklace heightened the glamour.
