Prior to her moving performance of ‘Memory Lane’ which honoured those we lost this year; Andra Day graced the red carpet at the 2024 NAACP Image Awards on Saturday.
Naeem Khan is a label that appreciates two things: the power of sparkling embellishments and high-octane glamour; both were apparent in this one-sleeve dress styled with a feathered cape from the Fall 2023 collection.
My immediate feeling is that this is one of Andra’s best looks of the year, as her stylist is not only selecting looks that suit her persona, but also the occasion on a more consistent basis which is great to see.
I love everything about this look from the colour, the glamour, and the ode to old Hollywood, which is why the gloves are a welcome addition to this look.
