The Kerry Washington I know and loved looked breath-taking as she made her way down the red carpet for the 2024 NAACP Image Awards on Saturday in Los Angeles, California.
You may have noticed that Kerry goes through phases on the red carpet.
There is her promo tour style. There was the purple patch where she wore unexplainable Ralph Lauren looks. There is the risk-taker where she will reveal more than expected. And then we have this, her ethereal side.
Ignoring the golden hoof, I love how the colour and the swaths of diaphanous silk chiffon of this Vivienne Westwood gown combine with a glamorous effect; enhancing her goddess energy which she styled with gold Bulgari jewels.
Kerry loves drama, colour, exciting silhouettes, and unexpected accessories.
This look ticks all of those boxes.
