Bündchen’s book is coming out this March 26th. “From breaking cycles to journaling and setting intentions, minimizing waste, meal planning, and preparing healthful meals for your kids, Nourish is as much about living with mindfulness as it is about cooking,” reads the book’s description.
It’s her second book, following “Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life,” which came out in 2018 and is a personal account of her life.
