Much like Margot Robbie’s during her press tour for ‘Barbie,’ Maisie Williams doesn’t break character while promoting ‘The New Look’ during the SAG-AFTRA Foundation screening and Q&A held on Saturday in New York City.
Maisie, who plays the role of Catherine Dior did serve up Dior references for the series’ New York City premiere.
On this occasion, we got another vintage-inspired moment courtesy of Marni.
I love the uniqueness of the silhouette and the unfinished feel, considering this is a series about the creation of a fashion line.
But what intrigues me the most about Maisie is that considering this is a press tour, her look also feels like a continuation of her cultivating her own aesthetic.
We are labelling it as method dressing, but Maisie has always possessed a style that is truly unique to her, so I am expecting more of this once this press tour wraps.
