Pieter Mulier has managed to honour the eponymous master couturier’s legacy while simultaneously introducing his own modern vision to the mix as this dress beautifully demonstrates.
I love how the knitted fabric is moulded to the body like a second skin before falling into a flared hem.
You may remember that when Greta Lee wore this dress, the thong detail wasn’t so apparent, but I would say that the flash photography from the paparazzi has amplified that detail here, but honestly, I don’t mind it.
It gives the ballet dancer style inspiration a sultry flourish.
Femme sandals and a white Alaïa Le Teckel shoulder bag completed her look along with Tiffany & Co. jewels.
