Zendaya made a guest appearance on ‘Good Morning America’ today where she promoted her new film, ‘Challengers.’
With her favourite Christian Louboutin So Kate pumps making their return, the actress stepped out wearing a bespoke Erdem dress inspired by the Fall 2024 collection.
I love that she made a seasonal statement in this dress which appears to have been inspired by the silhouettes of the ’50s, and I’m glad those are florals and not tennis balls decorating this dress.
If you’re looking at this and saying, “where’s the theme?” The theme appears to be either decades of fashion – yesterday swinging ‘60s and today ‘50s housewife – or she’s leaning into her upcoming role as co-chair for the Met Gala’s ‘Garden Of Time’.
Some of you are probably wishing that Zendaya had worn the runway version, but I think it’s better suited to the likes of Keira Knightley, Elizabeth Debicki or Rosamund Pike.
If I was to change one thing about Zendaya’s version of this look, it would be the visibility of the tulle, as I think it steers this into tween territory.
And I also wish she had worn the runway shoes.
