This is going to be a heavy Zendaya upload day as the actress has been actively promoting her new film, ‘Challengers.’
As I type there have been four looks, but more could be added before the close of play today.
Marrying grass green courts with Wimbledon whites (expect plenty of tennis references for the upcoming looks) Zendaya dipped into the Louis Vuitton archives for the Paris photocall held at Maison de l’Amerique Latine on Saturday.
Marc Jacobs’ Louis Vuitton Spring 2013 chequered looks remains one of my favourite collections from the label to date.
Kerry Washington’s Django Unchained’ Berlin photocall look will always spring to mind when I think of this collection, along with Kirsten Dunst dress from the 2013 Art of Elysium ‘Heaven’ Gala, Alicia Vikander’s 2013 Elle Style Awards mini moment and Jessica Alba serving up an F1 chequered flag look for the Warner Bros. And InStyle Golden Globe Awards After Party.
This collection was so fun, playful, and always reminds me of summer, so with summer on the way, Zendaya selecting from this collection has come at the right time for me.
Much like Kerry, Zendaya opted to style her ‘60s inspired dress with the bow accented hair band we saw on the runway to add to the playfulness of this outing.
I’m sure no one is surprised to see Zendaya complete her look with white pumps.
