Anya Taylor-Joy wore a second look for the press conference for her new film, ‘Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga’ held at the Mexico City Four Season Hotel on Monday last week, following the photocall.
How do I say this delicately?
This Robert Wun Spring 2023 ensemble wasn’t the right look for Anya. Even with the pleated panels removed.
Granted the look does embrace the theme of the film. But there is staying on theme, and there is taking the theme off track, and onto a path which doesn’t align with the style of the wearer.
The skirt is my biggest issue here, as it feels a bit clumsy.
The jacket had potential to some degree, but I don’t think this was the right hairstyle for it.
In short. I’m confused by this look which was styled with Tiffany & Co. jewels and Jimmy Choo’s Minny sandals.
