Amandla Stenberg, who plays the enigmatic character Mae in the series, turned heads with two distinct looks that channelled the essence of her ‘Star Wars’ character.
For her first look, Amandla donned a striking black crepe dress from the Oude Waag Fall 2024 collection, designed by Jingwei Yin.
Jingwei Yin is renowned for his mastery in manipulating jersey fabric, creating gravity-defying silhouettes.
With twists and ripples, the dress perfectly showcased her figure, delivering a menacing yet sensual vibe.
Amandla’s second ensemble on the same day with a different hairstyle hails from Acne Studios’ Fall 2024 collection.
This look maintained the theme of modern, conceptual minimalism with an edgy twist, revealing just the right amount of skin.
Both outfits beautifully reflected her character’s enigmatic presence and the series’ dark, intriguing tone, but the length of these trousers is crazy to me.
