Hunter Schafer attended the Nespresso x Brut. Party ‘La Nuova Italia’ held during the 2024 Cannes Film Festival on Thursday in France.
The actress turned on the charm wearing a Vivienne Westwood Sunday corset top and Spontanea skirt in the label’s revived archive Folk Flower print which drew its inspiration from hand-painted Austrian wooden boxes as the designer valued incorporating folk art and cultural heritage into her creations.
The fashion aficionados among you will recognise this look as a reissue, as it was first seen in Vivienne Westwood’s Spring-Summer 1993 collection.
I love Hunter’s styling with the yellow and white Roger Vivier Viv’ Canard slingback pumps, but I would have loved even more had she amped up the vintage glamour with a yellow belt, but perhaps that would have taken this look down a ‘50s housewife’s path.
