Jennifer Lopez’s style evolution during the promo tour for Netflix’s ‘Atlas’ has certainly been diverse and eye-catching.
Each outfit she’s worn has highlighted different facets of her fashion sense, from sheer, to glam to boho and back to sheer again.
At the photocall in Mexico City, her choice of a LaPointe sequined net mesh top paired with straight-leg pants from the Spring 2024 collection definitely exuded her signature bold and glamorous style.
This look, with its heavy sequins and revealing net mesh, indeed resonates with her on-stage persona, reminiscent of her energetic and vibrant performances.
However, translating such a performance-style outfit to a photocall proved to be challenging as this look feels a little over-the-top and for some, might come across as tacky.
Ultimately, while JLo’s LaPointe outfit is undoubtedly striking and true to her vibrant style, its suitability for a photocall is debatable, as is her choice of undergarments worn with those pants.
