Kylie Minogue wore a custom Diesel look which marks Diesel and Glenn Martens first-ever showing at the Met Gala.
With the ‘Sleeping Beauties’ theme in mind, this Diesel dress resembles how Kylie would look if she were sleeping for hundreds of years and the dress had artfully decayed, dissolving on her body.
This was achieved by the denim devoré rib knit tank dress being burned out with Diesel’s signature devoré technique.
I know some might have glanced at this and written this as a low effort Met Gala outing, but it’s a work of modern craft, with the dress rendered with 500,000 crystals.
Custom Diesel silver sandals with a signature molded Oval D logo heel completed her look.
