In the absence of Met Gala queens Rihanna and Blake Lively, everyone was looking towards Sarah Jessica Parker to give us that unforgettable Met Gala moment on Monday night, especially considering the actress was returning to the event for the first time since 2022.
Stepping up the Met steps with a Berluti-clad Andy Cohen, the actress gave us drama in terms of style and silhouette wearing a sculptural Richard Quinn Spring 2024 dress which was on theme if you consider the grid design and floral embellishment as it replicated a garden trellis flower wall.
Keeping both the coordinating stockings and shoes we saw on the runway, the look was complete with a layered fascinator from her go-to milliner, Philip Treacy.
Jewels form Briony Raymond and Marlo Laz completed her look which played it’s part on the night, but would you add this to her Hall of Fame?
I think SJP looks amazing, but for me, she only gave us 20% of what we all know she can deliver.
